Based in Maricopa, Successful Livings LLC, a licensed AZDHS residential facility, operates as an AHCCCS-registered BHRF offering specialized trauma-informed care for adolescent males aged 7–17. We provide immediate placement availability and facilitate admissions through Single Case Agreements to support youth facing behavioral and emotional challenges.
